The following drawings were created  with concentration on line, color, geometric and organic shapes, and composition. I listen to music while I paint or draw and sometimes try to incorporate the mood or sound of the music into my work.  I enjoy the interesting comments I receive from people on their interpretation of my work.

 These two drawings came from a series I produced in 1995 beginning with a simple pencil sketch of a plant and finishing with an abstract image of the same plant. The final drawing may be interpreted as an energy drawing or a representation similar to that of fractals or the chaos theory.

This print was created from a collage of images from various magazines around the world.  Some of the images I selected were both troubling and happy.  After assembling the images together I created an abstract drawing that I feel depicts a feeling of joy and hope.
